Olidor Group Ltd is a private limited company registered in England and Wales. The company is owned by Andrew Ashby and Sadita UK Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Sadita Holding Company a Kuwait based family investment office. Sadita and Olidor work closely to identify potential investment opportunities and bring together their broad knowledge to support growth in our investment portfolio.

Andrew is the majority shareholder of Olidor Group Ltd. Prior to founding Olidor, Andrew has held senior positions in management consultancy including Americas President of REL Consulting, Europe President of The Hackett Group and Associate Partner leading the cash and working capital practice for KPMG UK. Andrew has always had a passion for the food industry since his first job in catering and successfully ran a Mexican restaurant business for 8 years while also working in consulting. Andrew has extensive international experience across Europe, America and the Middle East.

Jacqui heads up our People team, with responsibility for all HR matters across Olidor Group. Jacqui is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and holds a Masters qualification in HR management. Jacqui has worked across a number of sectors over the last 25 years, with varied HR experience including mergers and acquisitions. As a culture transformation specialist, Jacqui’s people strategies have resulted in award-winning workplace cultures, including the globally recognised Great Place to Work™ and Best Workplaces UK™ certification in several previous organisations as well as Brusco Food Group and Karimix UK Limited.

Javier is a Corporate Development Analyst at Sadita (UK) Limited. He joined Sadita in 2021 after receiving his BSc in Finance from Bayes Business School. Javier focuses on new investment opportunities for Sadita in the UK and abroad, including supporting Olidor Group with new investments since Sadita UK came on board in 2021.
